What goes on a Hungarian company stamp?

Usually three things: the company name exactly as registered, the registered seat (address) and the tax number (adószám). Many companies add the company registration number (cégjegyzékszám) or a bank account number.

A stamp is not generally required by Hungarian law, but banks and business partners often expect one, and it is required if your company’s signature specimen says you sign with a stamp.

How to order

The whole order process is available in English – just use the EN button at the top of the page:

1. Choose a size, then type your stamp text line by line. The live preview shows the imprint as you type. The stamp text itself stays in Hungarian, as in the company register.
2. Add it to the cart and pay by bank card or bank transfer. You receive a VAT invoice in your company’s name by e-mail.

Pick-up and delivery

• Pick-up, free: 1076 Budapest, Garay tér 2/3. – a few minutes’ walk from Keleti station (metro M2, M4). Open Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00.
• Delivery across Hungary: to a parcel locker, a pick-up point or your address. Fees are listed on the shipping and payment page.
