Shipping and payment

Production time

We make your stamp in our own Budapest workshop within 24 hours of successful payment. If we have a question about the text you entered, we contact you by e-mail before production; in that case the 24 hours count from when the question is settled.

Delivery methods and fees

FOXPOST parcel locker	990 Ft	Across Hungary; you choose the locker on a map at checkout. You receive a code by SMS and e-mail on arrival.
MPL parcel locker	1 290 Ft	Hungarian Post parcel lockers across the country.
DPD pick-up point / AlzaBox	1 290 Ft	DPD pick-up points and AlzaBox lockers.
Packeta pick-up point (Z-Pont)	1 390 Ft	Packeta pick-up points across Hungary.
Post office / PostaPont (MPL)	1 590 Ft	Collect at the post office or PostaPont you choose.
GLS parcel locker	1 690 Ft	GLS lockers across Hungary.
GLS pick-up point	1 790 Ft	GLS pick-up points across Hungary.
Home delivery by post (MPL)	1 690 Ft	Across Hungary; delivery usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.

The shipping fee is shown at checkout, together with the total, before you place the order. We deliver within Hungary only.

Payment

Bank card: Visa, Mastercard and other methods supported by Stripe (e.g. Apple Pay / Google Pay), on Stripe’s secure payment page. Your card details never reach us.

Bank transfer (prepayment): after you order, we e-mail you the bank account number; please put your order number in the transfer reference. The 24-hour production time starts when the money arrives.

All prices are in Hungarian forints (Ft) and include 27% VAT.

Invoice

We issue the invoice with Számlázz.hu to the name / company name and tax number given at checkout, and send it by e-mail.
