Privacy policy
This English text is a translation for information. The legally binding version is the Hungarian one (Adatkezelési tájékoztató). Effective from 2 October 2026.
Based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information, this notice explains how we process the personal data you provide when using belyegzopont.hu and when ordering.

Providing the data required for the order is a condition of concluding the contract; without it we cannot fulfil the order. You can object to business offer e-mails at any time, without giving reasons, by replying to the e-mail or writing to sales@belyegzopont.hu; we will then send no more messages.
3. Processors and recipients
- Hosting and e-mail: Nethely Kft. (1115 Budapest, Halmi utca 29.) – storing the website and database, delivering e-mails.
- Card payment: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland) – processing payments; card data is handled directly by Stripe. Stripe may process some data outside the EEA (USA), based on safeguards approved by the European Commission (EU–US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses).
- Invoicing: KBOSS.hu Kft. (Számlázz.hu, 1031 Budapest, Záhony utca 7.) – issuing and storing invoices; invoice data is transmitted to the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV Online Invoice system).
- Delivery: Magyar Posta Zrt. for postal delivery, FOXPOST Zrt. for parcel lockers – name, address (or the chosen locker), phone number and e-mail address needed for delivery.
- Company data source: ujcegek.hu – public data of new companies (only for business offer e-mails).
- Question-and-answer box (chat): answers are generated by an artificial intelligence provider – Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Gemini API) – which receives the text of the question (with personal data masked) and may process it outside the EEA (USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. The provider does not use the questions to train its models (paid API).
- Visitor and advertising measurement (only with consent): Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) – Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google may process some data outside the EEA (USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell personal data, and apart from the above we only disclose it to third parties under a legal obligation (e.g. at the request of an authority).
4. Data security
The website runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, administrative access is restricted, passwords are stored encrypted, and card data never reaches us.
5. Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the webshop to work: WooCommerce cookies that keep the cart and the session (e.g. woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*), WordPress cookies when you log in, and Stripe’s fraud prevention cookies during payment (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid). These do not require consent. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; in that case the cart and payment will not work.
Statistics and advertising cookies – only with your consent. If you choose “Accept” in the cookie bar, we also use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*, _gcl_au) to measure visits and the performance of our ads (legal basis: your consent, GDPR Art. 6 (1) a)). These cookies are stored for up to 2 years. If you choose “Necessary only”, the Google script is not loaded at all. You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; your browser keeps your choice for six months (bp_suti local storage), after which we ask again.
Anonymous visit counting – without cookies. We count in aggregate how many people open the site each day, how many start designing and how many reach the cart, the checkout and the order, by source (e.g. ad, offer e-mail, search engine) and device type (phone or computer). For this we set no cookie and store no IP address, company name or any individual identifier: only daily counts are created, from which nobody can be identified. For the cart and checkout steps (e.g. whether the checkout was opened, the e-mail address entered or the order button pressed), the session that the cart needs anyway prevents the same visit being counted twice; the counter does not receive the data you type.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing; object to processing based on legitimate interest; request your data in a portable format; and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). Send your request to sales@belyegzopont.hu; we reply within one month at the latest.
You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; phone: +36 1 391 1400; www.naih.hu), or go to court (the case may also be brought before the regional court of your place of residence or stay).
